There are four dance studios, two theaters, two art studios, rehearsal spaces, two dramatic writing studios, a music composition lab, an infirmary, dining hall, scene shop, cantina, camp store, stables, barn, and riding arenas. All buildings are equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Students and staff are informed of fire evacuation plans and a fire drill is conducted at the beginning of each camp session.

Perry-Mansfield has seven winterized cabins available for rent from early September through mid-May. Cabin size ranges from 1 to 5 bedrooms, and they are very popular with hunters and winter visitors.
