• A recording that contains three examples of your work along with lyric sheets
• A letter that addresses your development as a composer to date, and what you hope to gain from the program
• Contact information for at least two references
• Completed application form

Payment, Deposit and Refund Policy:
A $500 deposit is due upon acceptance, with the balance due by April 1st. The deposit is refundable prior to February 15th. Tuition, less the $500 deposit, and activity fees are refundable prior to April 1st. No money is refunded after April 1st.
